Steps to make 蒜蓉肉末蒸腐竹

  • 1.准备各种材料,腐竹提前用冷水泡发,泡的时候往水中加一勺盐,泡好后清洗备用。
  • 2.粉丝用热水汤软,用小锅把水烧开,直接放粉丝,几分钟之后捞出来就可以了,不用提前泡,也不要泡太久。
  • 3.猪肉切成肉末或者用绞肉机绞碎备用。
  • 4.大蒜去皮切成蒜碎,腐竹切成段备用。
  • 5.炒锅倒油,别等油太热就下入大蒜碎,随着油温升高,大蒜碎被炒香,接着下入肉末翻炒。
  • 6.往锅中淋一勺料酒,一勺生抽,2克盐,拌炒均匀后就可以关火了。
  • 7.找一个深盘,下层放上泡好的粉丝,上面放上腐竹段,最上面浇上炒好的肉末,再往盘中淋一勺生抽,上笼蒸熟,水开后计时,蒸10分钟就好了。
  • 8.开锅后放一些切碎和韭菜或者小葱,直接上桌就可以开吃了。如果想让这道菜更香一些,出锅后可以泼一勺热油。
