面包机做果酱——油桃果酱
做果酱大家一般都是用炒锅,小火慢炒,在锅边一个劲的翻炒,不但费力还费时,锅不好清理。如果您家也有一个和我一样可以做果酱的面包机,那就能轻松干净地做果酱了。夏天果酱是非常百搭的甜品噢,可以做面包、刨冰等,做好后放入冰箱冷藏可以随吃随取。

Steps to make 面包机做果酱——油桃果酱

  • 1. 油桃洗净。
  • 2.剥去外皮,用勺子刮下果肉。
  • 3.倒入搅拌机搅成蓉,我喜欢有果肉的感觉,所以没有搅太久。
  • 4.倒入面包机桶内。
  • 5.倒入糖。果肉、糖与淀粉的比例为3:3/4:1,这样做出来的果酱,我个人做是从来没有失败的,当然这也取决于您选购的水果和糖的甜度。
  • 6.倒入面粉。
  • 7.启动面包机果酱程序,如果没有果酱功能,也可以选择烘烤功能,不过启动一会儿后,要马上停止,让面包机用余温再加热,否则果酱就糊了。
