Steps to make 黄瓜火鸡酱拌面

  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.黄瓜洗净,用刀先切片,再切丝;切好后放一旁备用。
  • 3.煮面条之前,先把拌面的酱汁备好:碗中加入2勺原酿酱油。
  • 4.2勺火鸡面酱。
  • 5.和1勺香油,搅拌均匀,备用。
  • 6.将鸡蛋打入碗中,加少许葱末搅拌均匀。
  • 7.锅中倒入食用油,烧热后盛出一半备用,然后再倒入鸡蛋液。

  • 9.同时另起锅烧水,水开撒点盐,再放入面条,加盖煮。
  • 10.沸腾后,激半碗凉水,继续。
  • 11.待再次煮开,把面条捞出放至凉开水中,过凉后的面条更加爽滑筋道。
  • 12.把水哔干,将刚刚盛出的一半熟油浇在面条上,用筷子拌匀,这样面条不会成坨,也不容易粘连在一起了。
