玻璃糖饼干
好好吃的一款手工饼干,只可惜因为我的贪玩,手多,增加了烘培的时间,导致了她变成了黑炭头,唉。虽然没样貌,但是猪先生却说焦了的这一批更好吃,真是口味独特的他。

  • 鸡蛋20克
  • 泡打粉1/4小勺
  • 1/4小勺
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 低筋粉100克
  • 水果硬糖10粒

Steps to make 玻璃糖饼干

  • 1.黄油软化后加入细砂糖和盐,搅打均匀成蓬松状态。
  • 2.蛋液分两次加入,每次都是搅打融合后再加入下一次。
  • 3.筛入低筋粉和泡打粉。
  • 4.拌成面团。
  • 5.装入保鲜袋里,擀成3毫米厚的薄片,放入冰箱冷冻5分钟取出,印花。
  • 6.将饼坯移到垫了硅胶垫的烤盘上,然后用圆形的模具挖出一个小圆心,放入两块水果硬糖。
  • 7.烤箱180度预热5分钟后放入中层,烤10分钟左右。(我贪玩,手机遥控再加多了6分钟,结果烤了16分钟的饼干变成了集体黑碳头)
  • 8.凉凉后再将饼干取下。
