  • 1.豆腐皮裁成宽约8cm,长约12cm的长方形;
  • 2.入开水锅中汆烫至水再次沸腾,捞出沥干水分;

  • 4.香菜梗汆烫至软;
  • 5.再豆腐皮短边的一端铺上适量香葱段和黄瓜段;
  • 6.卷起来,用香菜梗捆住;
