自制日式年糕
自从买了木鱼花,就迷上了各种日式菜谱,日式年糕的菜谱甜咸皆有,小伙伴们一定要试试看哟~

  • 温水150克

Steps to make 自制日式年糕

  • 1.先将玻璃饭盒涂油备用
  • 2.糯米粉中少量多次加入温水,然后搓成散状的面团
  • 3.取50克左右的糯米面团加入沸水中,煮至漂浮起来(煮熟了就会浮起来)
  • 4.将熟面团加入生面团中,揉成光滑的面团
  • 5.将面团加入涂了油的饭盒中,用刮刀抹平
  • 6.饭盒盖上保鲜膜后,加入水烧开的蒸锅上,蒸约25分钟(容器不同,时间略有差异,用筷子戳年糕,不粘就表示熟了)
  • 7.将年糕,取出蒸锅冷却,冷却至年糕硬后,切成合适的大小即可。
