蜂蜜土司这是第二次做了,这款土司的特点是里面没有糖,全用蜂蜜代替了,蜂蜜是天然的改良剂,使土司自然的呈现湿润、柔软。由于第一次按照原方子做的土司水分偏多了一点,今天在里面加了一些黑芝麻粉,湿度刚好,而且使土司更香了!

  • 蜂蜜100g
  • 奶粉10g
  • 鸡蛋清42g
  • 248g
  • 黑芝麻粉60g
  • 黄油20g
  • 6g

Steps to make 黑芝麻蜂蜜土司

  • 1.加入除黄油外的所有材料
  • 2.揉到面团可以拉出大片的膜,再加入软化的黄油里面
  • 3.继续揉到面团到完全阶段,可以拉出薄膜
  • 4.将面团揉圆,盖上保鲜膜发酵
  • 5.发到3倍左右的大小
  • 6.取出面团,均匀的分成6份
  • 7.然后将每一份揉圆,再松弛10分钟
  • 8.取一个小面团,擀长
  • 9.然后分别将上,下向中间三分之一处内折
  • 10.然后再次擀长,压薄底部
  • 11.然后再次擀长,压薄底部
  • 12.将所有的都这样做好后,放进土司盒里面,盖上保鲜膜再次发酵
  • 13.发到8分满左右,刷上一层鸡蛋液,放进预热好的烤箱,180度,下层,45分钟左右
  • 14.烤好之后取出晾凉再切片!
