入秋了,买了一只羊腿,今天来份红烧羊肉。

  • 7.将羊肉放入大火翻炒去掉水分。
  • 8.加点米酒去腥增香。
  • 9.放入八角,香叶,桂皮继续翻炒一会儿。
  • 10.加入酱油大火翻炒出香味,稍微上色。
  • 11.然后添加适量的开水大火烧开。
  • 12.将马蹄,竹蔗,胡萝卜,一块腐乳继续烧煮。
  • 13.盖上盖子中火烧约45分钟,软烂程度视各人喜爱。
