    Steps to make 糖糍粑

    • 1.泡了一夜的糯米。
    • 2.蒸好的糯米饭。
    • 3.蒸熟的糯米,用擀面棍揣打,目的是要把糯米揣烂揣黏。
    • 4.把揣好的糯米饭平铺在浅口方盘里压紧,放入冰箱冰冻一会。
    • 5.把冰好糍粑的拿出切块(如果冰的时间太长可以等稍微回温后再切)
    • 6.油烧5成热放入糍粑炸。
    • 7.炸好的糍粑沾着白糖吃。
