Steps to make 酸甜排骨

  • 1.排骨洗净取中间部位,沥干水分,放入玉米淀粉拌匀。
  • 2.锅中加入比较多的油,大火烧热,油温8成热时,放入排骨大火炸制,用筷子适当的翻拌,使上色更加均匀。
  • 3.炸至呈金黄色时捞出备用。
  • 4.另起锅,加少量食用油,中火加热,调入番茄酱和细砂糖。
  • 5.加入少许清水炒散,再调入少许白醋炒匀。
  • 6.倒入排骨翻炒使排骨均匀的挂上酱汁即可关火。
  • 7.出锅装盘就可以食用了。
