客家娘酒,在客家地区又称老酒、黄酒,据说有上千年历史。在客家,家家户户几乎都精于酿制“客家娘酒”,客家女人也喜欢拿酿娘酒出来比较手艺。称之为娘酒,是对客家女人勤劳、心灵手巧的一种褒奖。

  • 1.把材料准备好。
  • 2.鸡洗干净,切成块。
  • 3.枸杞用水泡浸一下,先干净。
  • 4.姜去皮切成米粒状,用油爆香后,铲起备用。
  • 5.用余油把鸡块炒到金黄。
  • 6.加入1小匙砂糖,翻炒均匀。
  • 7.加入客家娘酒。
  • 8.大火煮开转入砂锅中。
  • 9.加入炒香的姜粒。
  • 10.轻轻拌搅均匀后加入枸杞。
  • 11.盖上锅盖,中小火炖煮30分钟。
  • 12.香浓醇厚的客家娘酒鸡就做好了。
  • 13.经过砂锅炖煮的客家娘酒鸡,娘酒的味道全部浸入鸡肉之中,还没等揭盖就闻到甘甜酒香。
  • 14.甜香醉人,浓醇可口,十分入味。
