Steps to make 麻薯蛋挞

  • 1.蛋挞液:两个鸡蛋+10g糖+60g牛奶+40g淡奶油混合均匀。
  • 2.麻薯:40g糯米粉+10g糖+80g牛奶,蒸20分钟后趁热揉进8g黄油。
  • 3.每个蛋挞皮里放一块麻薯,装蛋挞液至九成满,烤箱预热后210度烤15-20分钟之间。
  • 4.成品图巨拉丝。
