  • 1.鸡蛋两个加入盐料酒调匀备用。
  • 2.加入鸡蛋一点五倍的温水调匀。
  • 3.用细漏勺过滤两次。
  • 4.倒入两个小碗,上锅大火烧开蒸十五分钟。
  • 5.利用蒸制时间把大虾肉剥出来。
  • 6.剁碎备用。
  • 7.将剁好的虾肉放入蛋羹继续蒸五分钟。
  • 8.取出浇上蒸鱼豉油,撒上葱花即可。
  • 9.成品。
