Steps to make 爆炒蛏子

  • 1.把蛏子洗干净
  • 2.放入蒸锅蒸到蛏子打开即可
  • 3.去掉没肉的另一边壳
  • 4.锅里热油把蒜泥放入爆香,再把郫县豆瓣酱一勺放入炒出红油
  • 5.加入一勺白糖,一勺蚝油,一勺生抽,一丁点盐
  • 6.把蛏子倒入加入一勺老抽炒均匀,大火收汁即可
  • 7.一点点的辣味,这样炒很好吃
  • 8.吃着挺不下来。
