第一次吃松仁玉米是08年的时候在黄鹤楼吃的,吃一次之后就爱上了松仁玉米,之后再过去黄鹤楼吃饭的时候这个菜式必点的,可是后来慢慢地再过去的时候,这个菜已经从他们的菜谱上消失了,也因此失落的好长一段时间,再后来自己在家里做了几回,可是一直做不出那个味道。今天再尝试了新的方法,就是加入了鲜奶,没想到比黄鹤楼还好吃,哈哈哈哈。

  • 鲜牛奶50克

Steps to make 松仁玉米

  • 1.将冷冻玉米粒从冰箱拿出,放在室温解冻。用清水冲净后,沥干水分备用。将青红椒洗净,切碎。香葱切碎。
  • 2.锅中不要倒油,将松仁放入锅中,用小火慢慢将松仁焙香。待松仁变微黄色,表面泛油光时,盛出自然冷却。
  • 3.锅中倒入油大火加热至7成热时,放入香葱炒香。
  • 4.锅中倒入油大火加热至7成热时,放入香葱炒香。
  • 5.然后倒入玉米粒,青红椒碎。
  • 6.加入盐和糖,翻炒约半分钟。
  • 7.倒入牛奶搅匀。
  • 8.待牛奶快收干汤汁时,放入松仁即可。
