五香猪肉干的做法

Steps to make 五香猪肉干的做法

  • 1.精选后腿瘦肉。
  • 2.割除多余筋膜。
  • 3.开水煮一小时左右。
  • 4.用筷子插到瘦肉内确保已完全煮透, 没有血水为宜。
  • 5.捞出,清洗去血污和杂质。
  • 6.再切成长4厘米、宽3厘米厚0.5厘米的片。
  • 7.加入糖盐及调料。
  • 8.搅拌均匀后腌制三四小时入味。
  • 9.小火煮1小时,煮干肉片里面多余的水分,让肉片充分吸收香料,其间每隔15分钟,翻锅1次。
  • 10.把煮好的猪肉片捞出,沥出汤汁,放在烤盘上凉透后,即可入烤箱。
  • 11.放入烤箱烤干多余水分,烤箱80度,烤制40分钟,根据个人喜好烤制肉片里面的水分。
  • 12.用罐子装好可以保存更长时间,可以做为零食吃!
