  • 花生醬2勺
  • 酵母粉2g
  • 水或牛奶適量
  • 20g

Steps to make 花生醬饅頭

  • 1.材料準備好(面粉,糖先放大盆里)。
  • 2.先用溫水醒發酵母粉。
  • 3.把發酵完的酵母水倒入攪拌均勻。
  • 4.再加入兩勺花生醬。
  • 5.揉合成面團。
  • 6.蓋上保鮮紙發酵30分鐘左右(視天氣而定)。
  • 7.發酵完成拿出來揉揉排氣。
  • 8.再切出小團胚。
  • 9.再把小面團揉成小圓型。
  • 10.放上蒸鍋醒發5分鐘,冷水蒸12分鐘關火燜3分鐘即可。
