圣女果干圆形吐司【面包机版】

  • 3.一个【和面】程序完成,加入黄油再启动一个【和面】程序。关掉面包机,让面团在面包机里自然发酵至2倍大。
  • 4.将面团取出,排气。 分割成六等份。大约每份66克。滚圆饧发10分钟。
  • 5.取一个面团搓成元长形的面片。 将圣女果干均匀的撒在上面。从一头卷起。
  • 6.将封口捏紧。搓成细长条状,把条状面条打个结成成团状。
  • 7.逐个做完,码放在蛋糕模中。进行行最后发酵。
  • 8.发酵结束后,刷一层蛋液。
  • 9.打开电源开关,选择烘烤功能,设定的时间为40分钟。大小 750克、颜色 中色 。确定烘烤程序,进行烘烤。烘烤结束后,将蛋糕模取出脱模即可。
