小猪豆沙包
腊月二十八,把面发,枣花馒头饽饽蒸起来,对于繁忙的上班族来说,蒸馒头做面食真的是一项大工程,没有半天的时间忙活不出来,还要打扫卫生、采购年货,对于繁琐的传统面食制作,自己的娃儿也说了,老妈做的匀给我一点就够吃了,您瞧这不光偷懒了吧;

Steps to make 小猪豆沙包

  • 1.清水、酵母、面粉和成面团,面团不用揉的太光滑,后面还需要继续揉
  • 2.放在温暖的地方发酵,冬天放在暖气旁边发酵一个半小时左右,图中是发酵到位的面团
  • 3.取出发酵后的面团至案板上,撒适量的手粉将面团揉至光滑无气孔的状态,切成自己喜欢的大小
  • 4.取一个面剂子擀开成圆形,包入适量的豆沙馅,捏成包子,馅料不要贪多,太多会影响面皮的二次醒发
  • 5.包好的豆沙包稍微压扁一点,取一点面团揉入少许的可可粉,可可面团分出3的小面剂子,2个擀成椭圆形,一个捏成圆形
  • 6.可可面团刷一点点水,粘在豆沙包的上部2端,作为小猪的耳朵
  • 7.圆形的面团刷一点点水,粘在豆沙包的中下部,作为小猪的鼻子
  • 8.用一个牙签在猪鼻上戳2个孔,在耳朵下面戳2个孔当做眼睛
  • 9.面团放入蒸箱做二次醒发15分钟左右,放蒸锅里也是一样的醒发时间,当然是不能开火的
  • 10.醒发之后的面团小火开始蒸,上汽后转中大火蒸15分钟左右,我用蒸箱蒸也是15分钟,关火后要立刻开盖
