蔬菜牛肉汤
在寒冷的冬天,能喝上一碗热乎乎的蔬菜牛肉汤,是多么舒服滴事情啊。

  • 牛腩1斤
  • 番茄2个
  • 胡萝卜1个
  • 口蘑4个
  • 西芹一小根
  • 洋葱1个

Steps to make 蔬菜牛肉汤

  • 1.牛肉切小块,放入冷水锅,烧开后捞出,冲洗干净血沫。
  • 2.汤锅内加足量冷水,放入洗净的牛肉块,加入葱段和姜片,大火烧开,撇干净浮沫,加入少量料酒去腥,烧开后转小火炖1小时。
  • 3.番茄洗净,划个浅浅的十字。取一个干净的锅,加冷水烧开后,放入番茄烫一下,待皮卷起后捞出,去皮和蒂,搅拌成番茄酱备用。
  • 4.搅拌成番茄酱
  • 5.蘑菇切片,胡萝卜、洋葱、西芹都切成丁。
  • 6.锅内加少量橄榄油(加点黄油的话会更香哦)放入洋葱丁炒香,然后依次加入胡萝卜丁,西芹和蘑菇继续炒,最后放入准备好的番茄酱翻炒后盛出。
  • 7.将牛肉汤锅里的葱段和姜片捞出,然后把炒好的蔬菜放入汤锅,小火炖1个小时后,加入适量的盐和胡椒粉调味儿。(如果想要颜色更鲜亮些好看些,可以调入适量番茄酱或者番茄沙司)
  • 8.一碗热乎乎的蔬菜牛肉汤就做得了,超好喝哦!
