    • 5.肉片两面拍上干淀粉放在威化纸上。
    • 6.按图折起威化纸。
    • 7.继续按图折起威化纸。
    • 8.备好封口用的蛋液。
    • 9.用蛋液封口。
    • 10.将全部肉片都包好。
    • 11.锅加油,包好的肉片下锅炸制即可。
    • 12.换个方法吃肉~~
