枸杞、桂圆都有补血补气的佳品。枸杞可以护肝补肾、明目、润肺、抗衰老。枸杞能增加香甜味又红糖味甘性温,中医认为红糖有健脾暖胃、活血化瘀的功效。生姜具有养生保健功效,适量的红糖水能舒缓经痛。驱寒除湿,没有任何副作用的冬季暖身----龙眼枸杞姜茶

Steps to make 冬季暖胃,龙眼枸杞姜茶

  • 1.龙眼去壳去核(可以用龙眼干,也叫桂圆),枸杞洗干净,生姜洗干净去皮,切丝;PS:红糖粉没有拍照,因为我买的是袋装,太早拿出拍照容易成团。
  • 2.龙眼、枸杞、生姜一起放入锅中,加矿泉水800ml,盖上盖子;
  • 3.煮沸之后加入红糖粉,稍微拌均溶解,继续盖上盖子;
  • 4.转为小火熬五分钟,即可。PS:煮好之后不要马上开盖,让气流回流到锅中
