心形椰蓉面包
我家女儿喜欢的椰蓉面包,今天特意学做了心形的,就是这个面包发酵后会变形,一开始挺像的发酵后全变样了!

  • 低粉30g
  • 牛奶80g
  • 蛋液30g
  • 砂糖18g
  • 2.5g
  • 酵母5g
  • 黄油30g
  • 椰蓉70g
  • 砂糖35g
  • 蛋液35g
  • 奶粉10g

Steps to make 心形椰蓉面包

  • 1.盆里加入椰蓉
  • 2.加入35克蛋液
  • 3.加入35克砂糖和奶粉
  • 4.搅拌均匀搓成小球备用
  • 5.面包机桶里先加入牛奶、30克蛋液、18克砂糖、盐
  • 6.加入高粉、低粉、酵母粉,启动和面程序
  • 7.成团后加入黄油小块继续和面
  • 8.和面程序完成进行基础发酵,这个天气就直接放在桶里发至两倍大即可
  • 9.发酵完成取出压扁排气
  • 10.分成8等份,松弛15分钟
  • 11.取一松弛好的面团压扁擀大放入椰蓉馅
  • 12.慢慢收口
  • 13.再压扁擀成椭圆形
  • 14.先竖着对折起来
  • 15.再横着对折
  • 16.用刀在中间剖开,顶部不要切断
  • 17.把中间的剖面翻在外面
  • 18.放入垫上油纸的烤盘进行二次发酵
  • 19.发酵完成刷上蛋液
  • 20.烤箱预热,180度烤15分钟即可
