  • 1.土豆去皮,香葱洗净
  • 2.土豆擦成细丝,香葱切末,放盐

  • 5.锅里放少许油加热,放入一勺土豆面糊
  • 6.用铲子摊开
  • 7.加热的一面变金黄色
  • 8.另外一面金黄,即可出锅,趁热食用
