营养丰富强壮身体----酱排骨
寒冷的冬季要多进补,可以比其他季节适当多吃一点肉类,以便补充能量。例如排骨,就是冬季比较好的进步食品。当然排骨的做法多种多样,可以红烧、也可以清炖。
酱排骨是我家比较喜欢的一样荤菜,口味酸甜咸香,营养价值很高。适合所有年龄阶段的人,但是肥胖、血脂高的人不宜多食。
排骨除含蛋白、脂肪、维生素外,还含有大量磷酸钙、骨胶原、骨粘蛋白等,可为幼儿和老人提供钙质。排骨有很高的营养价值,具有滋阴壮阳、益精补血的功效。
适宜人群: 适宜于气血不足,阴虚纳差者。
不适宜人群: 湿热痰滞内蕴者慎服;肥胖、血脂较高者不宜多食。

Steps to make 营养丰富强壮身体----酱排骨

  • 1.猪小排切段。
  • 2.水中加入2片姜片,一勺料酒,水开后下排骨焯出血沫。盛出待用。
  • 3.提前将料汁做好:红糖、番茄酱、生抽、老抽。
  • 4.锅内放油,炒香八角。
  • 5.倒入葱姜翻炒几下后倒入排骨。
  • 6.中火煎至两面金黄后倒入开水,迈过排骨。
  • 7.倒入料汁。
  • 8.滚开后,改小火闷40分钟,期间要翻炒几次,以免粘底。
  • 9.最后,大火收汁,撒少许白芝麻。
