早上做了核桃花生露,留下很多渣,为了不浪费,加入面粉做了馒头,非常非常好吃。

  • 1.核桃渣加入适量面粉,加入酵母,揉成面团,静止放一边发酵大概一个半小时。
  • 2.发好的面团取出,用少许干面粉揉出气,整理好形状,醒十分钟后再操作。
  • 3.面团加入少许干面粉揉揉,整理成喜欢的样子,可以刀切,可以滚圆,放入蒸屉,静止二发半小时。
  • 4.蒸汽上来整十五分钟,关火,焖五分钟后再取出。
  • 5.好吃的核桃花生渣馒头。
