Steps to make 番茄酱

  • 1.首先选择比较成熟的西红柿,不要太生的那种。将西红柿在热水中烫几十秒,剥去皮。
  • 2.将西红柿切块,用料理棒或者料理机打碎。将打好的番茄和冰糖煮开
  • 3.倒入榨好的柠檬汁,小火继续熬煮。
  • 4.熬煮的时候注意搅拌,以防粘锅。一直煮到粘稠,份量也明显减少了,像番茄酱的样子了就可以关火了。
  • 5.酸甜开胃的番茄酱就做好了,蘸薯条超赞哦。
