肉片炒腐竹苦瓜
适当吃点儿苦瓜有开胃、清肠的效果,单独吃怪苦的,所以我一般都是把它炒着吃,而最经典的一种做法就是跟肉片、腐竹、辣椒同炒,营养丰富,巨下饭。

  • 蚝油10克
  • 酱油15克
  • 料酒少许

Steps to make 肉片炒腐竹苦瓜

  • 1.材料准备好:梅花肉、苦瓜和辣椒清洗干净,新鲜腐竹从冷冻室取出解冻。
  • 2.苦瓜一剖两半,用勺子刮掉瓜瓤,斜切薄片;辣椒去籽,切细丝,腐竹切成寸段。
  • 3.猪肉切薄片,放少许淀粉、料酒,抓捏上浆。
  • 4.炒锅中倒少许植物油,将苦瓜和辣椒倒锅中翻炒,撒少许盐,变软即出锅备用;苦瓜和辣椒可根据个人喜欢的口感决定翻炒的时间。
  • 5.锅中倒油,油3、4成热时将肉片入锅,用铲子迅速划散。
  • 6.待大部分肉片表面变色后,倒适量酱油和蚝油,上色调味。
  • 7.腐竹、辣椒、苦瓜同入锅。
  • 8.撒少许盐,翻炒均匀出锅。
  • 9.肉片炒腐竹苦瓜,肉片滑嫩,苦瓜清脆爽口!
