红糖柿子饼
秋季正是柿子成熟的季节,家门口种了几颗柿子树,每到这时候,红彤彤的柿子挂满枝头,前两天回家,母亲给我带了好多,这两柿子都熟透了,吃也吃不了,今天做个红糖柿子饼,没想到太好吃了,香甜软糯,口味浓郁。

  • 1.准备柿子。
  • 2.柿子洗干净用开水烫一下(好去皮)。
  • 3.柿子去皮。
  • 4.里面的核去掉,放打汁机里。
  • 5.打成柿子汁,里面加面粉和糯米粉。
  • 6.用筷子搅拌均匀揉成光滑的面团醒半小时。
  • 7.准备红糖和黑芝麻。
  • 8.红糖里面加少许面粉。
  • 9.醒好的面团搓成长条切成大小均匀的剂子,用擀面杖稍微擀一下。
  • 10.包上红糖。
  • 11.想包包子一样包住压扁。
  • 12.两面刷一点水。粘上黑芝麻。
  • 13.电饼铛刷油将饼坯放进去烙熟即可。
  • 14.咬上一口,香甜软糯,口味浓郁太好吃了。
