黑胡椒烤虾
大个海虾用烤箱烤更省事更有味道,香辣、蒜香、豆豉,等等可以随心所欲选择自己喜欢的味道,这次学我做的是黑胡椒烤虾,黑胡椒的辣爽搭配虾的鲜非常好吃。

  • 海虾6只
  • 橄榄油30ml
  • 黑胡椒15g
  • 3瓣
  • 蚝油50ml
  • 大葱5g
  • 5
  • 绍酒15ml

Steps to make 黑胡椒烤虾

  • 1.大个海虾剪去长须,挑出虾线,流水冲洗干净。
  • 2.葱姜蒜切小片,备好黑胡椒,蚝油,绍酒。
  • 3.海虾放入大碗中,倒入葱姜蒜,蚝油,黑胡椒和绍酒。
  • 4.拌匀后在倒入橄榄油。
  • 5.彻底混合均匀,腌渍20分钟。
  • 6.20分钟后,把海虾摆入烤盘,可以把腌渍还下的料汁浇在上面。
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱中,中层,200度,上下火,旋风模式,烘烤20分钟。
  • 8.最后5分钟可以取出再刷上一层橄榄油。
  • 9.我用的烤盘小,随意把虾拨动开,放入烤箱,继续完成烘烤程序即可。
