开胃小凉菜——酸甜萝卜

  • 1.白萝卜下面放两根筷子
  • 2.横切直刀片,萝卜翻面切斜切

  • 9.取一碗放入少许细盐
  • 10.头抽

  • 12.白糖
  • 13.切好的泡椒、小米椒、蒜瓣,搅拌到白糖、盐溶化
  • 14.泞撒在白萝卜片上
  • 15.用筷子拌匀,扣上盖子,冬天放室内24小时后移入冰箱冷藏(夏天直接冷藏)。
