面筋焖禾花鱼
禾花鱼是一种鲤鱼品种,它的鱼苗在稻田中养殖,因采食落水的禾花后长大,鱼肉具有禾花香味而得名禾花鱼。这种鱼刺少肉多,肉质特别细嫩,不像其他鱼类,它基本没有鱼腥气,焖煮煎蒸都好吃。以前没吃过禾花鱼,觉得它小巧玲珑,还以为是观赏鱼来着呢,没想到竟然也能做成美味佳肴,勾人食欲。

  • 小番茄8个
  • 面筋200克
  • 胡椒粉2克
  • 酱油30ml
  • 3克
  • 腐乳汁20Ml
  • 料酒20ml
  • 奖牌你3片
  • 牛肉酱2勺

Steps to make 面筋焖禾花鱼

  • 1.禾花鱼清洗干净开肚去掉鱼肚清洗,不需要去鳞,因为鳞片很软,不会影响口感,面筋是我自己做的,能买得到的可以自己买。
  • 2.将面筋切成片状,面筋很柔韧劲,不怕炖,切薄一些可以更容易入味。
  • 3.热锅,倒入适量的油,放入禾花鱼慢慢煎到金黄,翻面再煎到金黄,即可铲出备用,这一步会让鱼肉变得十分鲜美,别省了。
  • 4.煎好的禾花鱼放入新思特妈咪锅里面,小火慢煎的鱼很完整不会烂,而且煎鱼最好用不粘锅好一些,不然容易粘烂了。
  • 5.把切片的面筋也放进鱼里面,均匀的散开就好。
  • 6.把所有的材料都放入碗里拌匀后再倒入锅里,加入没过鱼的热水,开大火开始煮沸。
  • 7.转小火焖15分钟,最后5分钟放入番茄块焖熟就可以出锅了。
  • 8.天气热没放辣椒,怕吃上火,但是喜欢吃辣的可以放一些蒜蓉辣椒酱,吃起来也很很够味的哦!这样做的禾花鱼特别的嫩,口感鲜美极了。
