  • 10.腌好的带鱼,我们单独取出。
  • 11.鸡蛋打散,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 12.准备半碗淀粉。
  • 13.将腌好的带鱼裹上适量鸡蛋液。
  • 14.再裹上一层的淀粉。
  • 15.油热下锅,小火慢炸。
  • 16.炸至带鱼两面金黄熟透捞出。
