蚝油豆皮
过年的时候,我把所有几个厨房里的调料和厨具全都集中回小家里,另购了不少新料,不少新餐具,米妈有这嗜好,对于厨房里的东西,总是想买,无法控制!
尽管每一次做饭不见得都用好多料,也不见得都用很多厨具,可如果没有那些东西,心里总是感觉少了啥一样!
不过从今年开始,米妈学着节约,尽可能不浪费!
但同一种食材,还是尽可以做出更多种吃法来,口味上还是要变化的!

    Steps to make 蚝油豆皮

    • 1.豆腐皮改刀焯水,淋水备用
    • 2.将生抽,老抽调成料汁,我错把胡椒粒也加进去了。
    • 3.蚝油
    • 4.辣鲜露
    • 5.取一净锅,倒油烧热,下切好的葱花炒香。
    • 6.下淋过水的豆皮。
    • 7.加一勺姜粉,当然,用鲜姜也行。
    • 8.将之前调好的生抽老抽倒进锅中,加适量的盐和糖。
    • 9.加盖小火慢煮。根据情况,可以加一点高汤或者清水。
    • 10.中间开盖检视,一看汤汁的多少,二看豆皮是否到地理想的状态。
    • 11.调入蚝油拌均匀。
    • 12.可以根据口味儿进行二次调味。
    • 13.最后倒入辣鲜露,出锅即可。
