  • 杏仁粉40g
  • 细砂糖80g
  • 牛奶50g
  • 低筋面粉200g

Steps to make 黄油曲奇

  • 1.将黄油放到室温下软化后,切成小颗粒
  • 2.将细砂糖倒进牛奶里,放炉上用小火加热,让细砂糖全部溶解到牛奶里即可。不要加热太久,否则牛奶的水分都被蒸发掉了
  • 3.用打蛋器的最小一档,将黄油打成糊状,泛白即可
  • 4.将溶解了细砂糖的牛奶倒入黄油里搅拌均匀
  • 5.将杏仁粉和低筋面粉倒入黄油和牛奶的混合糊糊里,继续搅拌均匀
  • 6.将搅拌好的糊糊放到裱花袋里,绕圈挤成曲奇的样子(你想挤成别的样子也行,不过最好大小都相当,否则烤的时候有的烤糊了,有的还没烤熟)
  • 7.将挤好的曲奇放进烤箱烤,放在烤箱中层,上下火均为190度,烤10分钟即可
