说起我是怎么学会做沙琪玛的,还真是让人好笑。以前,和孩子一起看动画片,动画片叫“神厨小富贵”,里面有一集小富贵在做沙琪玛,啊呀,一听这个沙琪玛,我也想做啦!以后,我就在厨房里捣腾这个沙琪玛,失败了N回,也不死心。老是失败也不是办法,上网查完才算明白这个东西要用低粉做,不放水,NND怪不得我老是失败!现在做的这个沙琪玛,虽和卖的还有点差别,可是味道好多了!

Steps to make 橘香沙琪玛

  • 1.准备好原料。
  • 2.面粉中放入鸡蛋、酵母粉、小苏打。
  • 3.揉成面团,饧上十五分钟。
  • 4.放面板上擀成薄皮。
  • 5.防止粘一块,撒上面粉,切成长条。
  • 6.然后叠在一起。
  • 7.用刀切成条。
  • 8.锅中入油,烧热。(筷子放锅中试试看,冒泡说明油热了)
  • 9.放入面条炸,炸到漂上再继续一分钟左右的炸制。捞出沥油。
  • 10.放入盆里,加入芝麻。
  • 11.锅中油倒出,加入白糖和水。
  • 12.容器中刷入油,入橘皮和芝麻。
  • 13.中火熬到锅中糖发粘,加入蜂蜜,拌匀。
  • 14.然后小火倒入炸好的面条翻炒均匀。
  • 15.炒好后倒入容器中,盖上保鲜膜,用手压实了,放入冰箱冷藏1小时就可以了。
