  • 绵白糖50g
  • 奶粉30g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 抹茶粉2g
  • 酵母粉3g
  • 1g

Steps to make 抹茶辫子面包

  • 1.先和一块白面团,然后取一半面团加2克抹茶粉和成抹茶面团饧发
  • 2.将饧发好的面团在操作台上分剂
  • 3.先擀成长条状再卷起来
  • 4.然后再揉匀滚圆,这时的面团表面已经很光滑了
  • 5.再分别擀开
  • 6.摞在一起,切2刀分成三份(忘了拍照文字说明)
  • 7.编成辫子形状
  • 8.做好的面包生胚放烤盘里二次发酵
  • 9.二发好的生胚表面刷蛋液
  • 10.送入烤箱190度烤35分钟
  • 11.烤好后取出晾凉即可食用
