    Steps to make 辣的风情万种-----酸辣鸭肠

    • 1.鸭肠加盐与醋揉洗后用清水冲洗三到四次(要除去腥味,用盐与醋结合来洗清除得比较干净的)
    • 2.切成十公分左右的段
    • 3.姜切成细丝,蒜切成片
    • 4.芹菜切成段备用
    • 5.鸭肠在炒之前用水焯一下,焯的时候注意时间,看到鸭肠稍一卷起、颜色变白时,迅速捞出入凉水中;
    • 6.锅里放油,可以适当多点,烧热后放入姜蒜炒出香味
    • 7.加入一勺郫县豆瓣炒出红油
    • 8.放入两勺剁椒翻炒,因为这个剁椒是我自已做的,味道属于酸辣型,所以待剁椒炒出那股酸辣味
    • 9.把焯过水的鸭肠倒进锅里迅速翻炒均匀
    • 10.最后把芹菜放入,根据自已的口味轻重加适量的白糖与盐,炒匀后出锅
