家常莲藕排骨汤
湖北人爱喝汤,多数人家煨汤首选排骨来制作,我家可能就是例外。
儿子不喜欢排骨炖汤,以为排骨煨过以后很柴,口感不好,基本上家里煨汤从不买排骨。没辙,老公说了,貌似我做菜都是以儿子为中心,投其所好,多半选用骨头之类的来做了。

前几天,鸽友来访,老公特地去买了五斤排骨,外加莲藕,准备煨汤招待朋友···

  • 莲藕1500克
  • 食油2茶匙

Steps to make 家常莲藕排骨汤

  • 1.准备好排骨,漂洗净血水,沥干水分备用。
  • 2.准备好莲藕。
  • 3.莲藕去皮、洗净、切滚刀块;生姜切片备用。
  • 4.莲藕加入适量盐,簸匀,腌制半小时。
  • 5.锅中油热,爆香姜片。
  • 6.下入排骨翻炒。
  • 7.炒至无血水。
  • 8.加入适量冷水,煮开。
  • 9.移入高压锅中(偷个懒,不想生炉子慢慢炖,高压锅方便、快捷)。
  • 10.煮开后,下入莲藕;加盖、扣阀,压制30分钟。
  • 11.炖好的莲藕排骨汤,加入盐、胡椒粉,调好味即可食用。
