做青梅酒剩下一点青梅,放了两天有点儿泛黄了,想来想去还是不要浪费,做点儿青梅酱.

Steps to make 青梅酱

  • 1.青梅洗净,水中加两勺盐浸泡两小时。
  • 2.水烧烤,放入青梅,加一勺盐,小火煮5分钟。
  • 3.将梅子捞出,放凉。
  • 4.将果核取出。
  • 5.不粘锅里放入青梅肉和白糖,加半勺盐,大火烧开后转小火煮十分钟。
  • 6.不时的搅拌一下,待水汽蒸发的差不多就可以放凉装瓶。(瓶要无水无油)
  • 7.舀一勺青梅酱,加适量暖水,酸酸甜甜,带一丝微微的苦味。
  • 8.软糯的梅子果肉很是好吃。
