  • 5.倒入虾煎炒至色红,出虾油。
  • 6.烹入料酒,加入盐、糖、高汤烧开。
  • 7.烧开后改小火,盖上锅盖焖约3分钟。
  • 8.转中火收汁微干,离火淋入几滴香醋即可。
