  • 1.土豆去皮,清洗干净。
  • 2.先切厚片,再切成小手指头粗细的土豆条,尽量要均匀,这样熟的时间才一致哦。
  • 3.把土豆条放到清水里浸泡10分钟,再冲洗几遍,目的是去除土豆条表面的淀粉。
  • 4.然后把土豆条沥一下水分,再用厨房用纸吸干土豆条表面的水分。
  • 5.然后把土豆条放在一个无水的干净盆里,放上少许的盐和一点点的油,把盆晃动起来,让土豆条圴匀的沾上盐和油。
  • 6.接下来把土豆条摆放在烤网上。
  • 7.空气炸烤箱选择空气炸功能,温度180度,时间设定20分钟,中途不需要拿出来翻面哦。
  • 8.时间到,香香的薯条就炸好了,一点点油更健康哦,准备好薯条的最佳搭档番茄酱就开吃吧。
