Steps to make 老厨白菜

  • 1.白菜洗净切块。
  • 2.猪肉切片。
  • 3.木耳泡发洗净撕成块。
  • 4.粉条入锅中煮熟。
  • 5.刚入清水中过凉备用。
  • 6.热锅下油放入蒜瓣、葱姜炝锅。
  • 7.放入猪肉翻炒至出油。
  • 8.加入白菜翻炒至白菜开始出水。
  • 9.加入木耳翻炒均匀。
  • 10.加入酱油、美极鲜翻炒出香味。
  • 11.再加粉条和少许盐。
  • 12.旺火翻炒30秒关火成盘即可。
