Steps to make 鲜肉萝卜盅

  • 1.荸荠去皮洗净切末备用。
  • 2.将荸荠末加入到肉馅中,加少许盐,料酒,白胡椒粉和葱花搅拌均匀。
  • 3.白萝卜洗净,切成厚约1CM的片,用模具压出形状,中间再用小模具压一个小洞。
  • 4.整齐地摆放在盘中。
  • 5.将肉馅填入萝卜中间的小洞中。
  • 6.枸杞洗净备用,黑木耳泡好后切碎末,青菜叶洗净切碎末备用。
  • 7.将枸杞放在肉馅上。
  • 8.冷水上锅,开锅后蒸20分钟左右。
  • 9.蒸好的萝卜会出一些水,将这些水倒入小锅中,倒入黑木耳末和青菜末,煮开后加盐,白胡椒粉调味,再加入适量的水淀粉搅拌均匀。
  • 10.将步骤9中的料汁均匀地浇在蒸好的萝卜上。
  • 11.完成。
