全麦土司
在网上淘了些农村的粉,豆,芝麻类的,据说是农村自产自销的,
不过收到的东西确实看上去不错的!
这个全麦粉就是的,就是发现买多了,估计家里得上演一段时间的全麦食品了!

Details of ingredients

  • 全麦面粉200g
  • 高筋面粉400g
  • 酵母8g
  • 370g
  • 奶粉25g
  • 黄油40g
  • 5g
  • 细砂糖50g

Steps to make 全麦土司

  • 1.将所有的材料混合在一起(黄油除外)
  • 2.用筷子搅拌成絮状后,放入面包机或者进行手揉
  • 3.揉成较光滑的面团后加入软化的黄油
  • 4.继续揉至面团出膜后,收成圆团,盖上保鲜膜发酵
  • 5.发至3~4倍左右的大小
  • 6.取出再次揉匀,排出空气,分成均匀的6份
  • 7.取一小份,擀成长形,撒上些蜜豆
  • 8.把上面的1/3往下折
  • 9.再把下面的1/3折上去,稍微压平一点
  • 10.然后从左向右卷起来,其余的也这样来操作
  • 11.将卷好的面团放进土司盒里再次发酵
  • 12.发酵至9分满的时候,盖上盒盖,放进预热好的烤箱,中下层,175度。40分钟左右
  • 13.烤好后,取出倒扣晾凉后,再切片~
