  • 1.面粉放炒锅里。
  • 2.用小火把面粉炒熟,放凉备用。
  • 3.花生仁和杏仁到锅里炒熟,放凉后,搓掉花生仁的皮。
  • 4.把花生仁和杏仁放塑料袋里,用擀面杖压碎。
  • 5.南瓜人和葵花籽仁也炒熟放凉备用。
  • 6.白糖放熟面粉里。
  • 7..糖和熟面拌匀。
  • 8.放入蜜枣碎、五仁和桂花酱。
  • 9.再倒入色拉油(我用大喜大的白葡萄籽油,更健康)。
  • 10.先用勺子把所有原料混合起来。
  • 11.再用手仔细把料拌匀,拌的过程中,用水调节馅料的软硬度。
  • 12.将调好的馅料捏成大小均匀的圆球,就可以用来做月饼了。
