香炸泡芙球是我自己起的名字,这种做法好像也叫糖沙翁、炸蛋球等等,不错的一款小吃,咬一口酥脆香甜,甜蜜的外层与松软的内层相得益彰。

  • 无盐黄油50克

  • 白砂糖10克

Steps to make 香炸泡芙球,甜蜜的外层,松软的内层,相得益彰,咬一口酥脆香甜。

  • 1.我们先做面糊,把无盐黄油50克、盐2克、白砂糖10克、水130克,放在一起加热。
  • 2.煮至沸腾,沸腾10秒后离火。
  • 3.倒入普通面粉80克。
  • 4.用刮刀拌至无干粉状态。
  • 5.继续开小火,炒至面团表面有光泽的状态即可。(注:如果不是用不粘锅炒的,炒至锅底有一层薄膜即可)
  • 6.把炒好的面团,摊开在盆里,稍微降一下温度。
  • 7.鸡蛋2个打散,分4-5次加入面糊里,每次把蛋液完全拌入面团后,再加蛋液。
  • 8.直到把面糊完全拌均匀,提起刮刀呈倒三角状态缓慢滴落即可。
  • 9.准备一锅油,加热至6分热,筷子放进去冒小泡泡的状态即可。
  • 10.用勺子把面糊一个个放入油里。
  • 11.炸至表面金黄焦脆,即可捞出。
  • 12.这个状态即可直接吃了哦o(* ̄︶ ̄*)o
  • 13.再满满的裹一层白砂糖,味道更好。
  • 14.炸泡芙球完成O(∩_∩)O
  • 15.外层酥脆香甜,内里软糯好吃,不错的一款小吃。
