香滑果冻布丁
小孩子一般都喜欢吃果冻,但市面上卖的果冻都含有防腐剂,家长不太愿意让孩子吃,所以在家自己做果冻是个不错的选择。超市卖的果冻粉一般是水果果冻粉或者白凉粉,其实成分都是一样的,无非是果粉加明胶,但坨坨妈和坨屁屁都更喜欢蛋奶布丁的口感。蛋奶布丁分热冷两种做法,一种是用烤箱烤制的,一种是用冰箱冷冻的,今天坨坨妈先来介绍一下冷冻的做法。

  • 牛奶50克
  • 蛋黄1个

Steps to make 香滑果冻布丁

  • 1.取一奶锅,倒入200克水,烧开。
  • 2.加入牛奶和糖,搅匀,快沸腾时改小火,加入布丁粉和打散的蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.关火,将煮好的布丁液过滤一遍。
  • 4.用勺子充分搅拌,直至没有汽泡,液面变得光滑。
  • 5.倒入模具中,放进冰箱冷藏20分钟左右,食用的时候取出倒扣在盘子里就可以了。
