焦糖炼乳布丁
在没做好之前我还在各种想像它的味道,但做好之后,当布丁入口即化的那瞬间,哇~那种感觉真像回到初恋的甜蜜!太让我意外了!太喜欢啦!

  • 鸡蛋黄1个
  • 牛奶300克
  • 白糖50克
  • 炼乳25克
  • 清水15克
  • 开水50克

Steps to make 焦糖炼乳布丁

  • 1.白糖加清水放入锅中,开中小火。
  • 2.熬至出现大泡泡颜色稍有变化后转小火。
  • 3.当颜色变成深色时关火,加入开水(加入开水时一定要小心表面会有飞溅)
  • 4.倒入碗中晾凉。
  • 5.两个全蛋加一个蛋黄加上白糖。
  • 6.用打蛋器搅打均匀。
  • 7.将晾凉的焦糖倒入牛奶中,加入炼乳与鸡蛋液混合
  • 8.用筛子过筛混合好的布丁液
  • 9.倒入容量差不多的碗中
  • 10.烤箱预热,烤箱下层放入一盘温水,上下火中层170度烤40分钟,记得加盖锡纸。
  • 11.时间到后放在烤箱里闷三分钟后再取出。
  • 12.做好的焦糖炼乳布丁
