艾草糯米糍

  • 紫薯馅80g
  • 艾草100g
  • 白砂糖40克
  • 淡奶油30g
  • 椰蓉1小碟
  • 牛奶30ml
  • 黄油5g

Steps to make 艾草糯米糍

  • 1.艾草洗净焯水,投凉,挤干水分,之前的菜谱里面有步骤,这里就不重复了。需要了解的请看上面的链接。
  • 2.艾草加牛奶和白砂糖淡奶油。
  • 3.放料理机中打成泥。
  • 4.将艾草泥放糯米粉中混合揉匀,视情况慢慢加牛奶进去。
  • 5.将糯米粉揉成光滑的粉团,喜欢吃软糯点的就多放一点牛奶,喜欢口感Q弹点的就将粉团揉干一点。
  • 6.将揉好的粉团放篦子上摊平些大火蒸一刻钟左右。
  • 7. 蒸好趁热涂上一层黄油。
  • 8.待不烫手时将粉团放盘中,加剩下的黄油再次揉匀。
  • 9.用虎口捏成一个团子。
  • 10.将粉团压平,紫薯馅料包入粉团中。
  • 11.取小碟放入半碟椰蓉,将包好的粉团放椰蓉中滚一圈,让团子均匀的裹上一层椰蓉即可。
